Cancellation Process & Policy for Complimentary Consultation: If you wish to change your appointment, please use the Calendly link you would have received on your email 1. Each prospective client is eligible for one complimentary 30-minute consultation. This session is an introductory opportunity to discuss goals, clarify expectations, and assess alignment with coaching services. 2. Only one complimentary session will be provided per client. Any additional sessions, if requested, will be considered paid sessions and billed accordingly. 3. The complimentary consultation can be scheduled by contacting the coach through the designated booking platform or contact information provided. 4. The client should ensure that they are available and prepared to engage in the session fully to maximize the benefits of the allotted time. 5. If a client needs to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. 6. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of the complimentary session. 7. Following the complimentary session, clients will be provided with recommendations for ongoing coaching packages or other resources, as appropriate. 8. Should the client wish to continue coaching services, all subsequent sessions will be billed according to the coach’s current pricing structure. 9. Any additional consultations beyond the initial complimentary session will be offered as regular paid sessions. 10. The rates for these sessions will be discussed and agreed upon before booking. 11. Once the session is scheduled, the client will receive a confirmation email, which includes a brief outline of what to expect and suggestions on topics to discuss to optimize the session. 12. At the end of the 30-minute session, the coach will summarize key points and provide recommendations on how to proceed, if appropriate. 12. The client will receive a follow-up email, thanking them for their time and offering information on coaching packages should they wish to continue.
