Cancellation Process & Policy for Loving Me Package.

At Awakening Meraki, we aim to provide the best possible experience for our clients. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

1. Communication of Cancellations & Rescheduling:
• All cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time must be communicated in writing via email to [email protected]. Please ensure your email clearly indicates your request.
• All sessions that need to be rescheduled must be done via the website. Please go to the Product Library, select the session, and use the rescheduling prompt to make the necessary changes.
• Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time will allow for rescheduling, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time or no-shows will be counted as one of your sessions and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
2. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: This coaching package is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Extenuating Circumstances: In the event of severe weather conditions, illness, or other extenuating circumstances, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Awakening Meraki. Any request for an exception due to extenuating circumstances must be approved by Awakening Meraki.
4. Awakening Meraki Cancellations: Awakening Meraki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule.
5. Refunds:
• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days from receipt of the cancellation request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
• If a refund has been approved by Awakening Meraki, it will be processed as described above.
• Any refunds issued will incur a 10% admin fee to cover processing charges.
6. Unused Sessions & Expiration:
• You cannot request a refund for any unused coaching sessions.
• This coaching package expires 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, no refunds will apply to any outstanding sessions.
• At the discretion of Awakening Meraki, an extension beyond the 12-month window may be considered, but this is not guaranteed.
7. Acknowledgment of Cancellations: Acknowledgment of cancellations and rescheduling requests due to extenuating circumstances (such as severe weather or illness) will be at the discretion of Awakening Meraki. Please keep a copy of the cancellation request for your records.
8. Policy Changes: This cancellation policy is subject to change at the discretion of Awakening Meraki. Any updates or modifications will be communicated to clients in writing.
