Cancellation Process & Policy for coaching sessions: If you wish to change your appointment, please use the Calendly link you would have received on your email.  If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out.   1. All cancellations must be communicated to Awakening Meraki in writing via email to [email protected] 2. For bookings cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time, a full refund will be provided. 3. Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 4. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, as well as no-shows, will not be applicable for a refund. 5. In case of extenuating circumstances such as severe weather conditions or illness, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of Awakening Meraki. 6. Awakening Meraki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 7. Any changes made to a booking, including time changes, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This can be done via the booking system. 8. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving the cancellation request. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method. 9. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all cancellation requests are received and acknowledged by Awakening Meraki. Please retain a copy of the cancellation request for your records. 10. This cancellation policy is subject to change at the discretion of Awakening Meraki. Any updates or modifications will be communicated to customers in writing.
