Coaching Policy, Privacy & Booking Terms
Awakening Meraki
At Awakening Meraki, we are committed to providing a professional, respectful and energetically aligned coaching experience. By purchasing or participating in any coaching service (single session or multi-session package), you agree to the following terms.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or failure to attend a session (no-show), will result in the session being forfeited.
• Rescheduling requests made between 24–48 hours prior to the session will be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.
Awakening Meraki reserves the right to request that rescheduling be completed via the booking platform where applicable.
- Refund Policy
- All coaching services, including single sessions and multi-session packages, are non-refundable once purchased.
• Unused sessions are not eligible for refund.
• Where a refund is approved at the sole discretion of Awakening Meraki, it will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method and may incur a 10% administrative fee to cover processing charges.
- Coaching Packages & Expiry
- Multi-session coaching packages must be used within 12 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Sessions not used within the expiry period will be forfeited.
• Extensions may be considered at the sole discretion of Awakening Meraki but are not guaranteed.
- Extenuating Circumstances
In cases of serious illness, severe weather, or other significant extenuating circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Awakening Meraki. Supporting documentation may be requested.
- Awakening Meraki Rescheduling Rights
Awakening Meraki reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative appointment time.
- Privacy & Confidentiality
- All coaching sessions are treated as confidential. Personal information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. If information is disclosed that indicates risk of harm to yourself or others, Awakening Meraki reserves the right to take appropriate action in line with legal obligations.
• Personal information collected during booking and participation (including name, contact details, and session notes where applicable) is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering coaching services.
• Secure third-party platforms may be used to manage bookings, payments and communication. By engaging in coaching services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for service delivery purposes.
- Session Recordings
- Coaching sessions may be recorded for the client’s personal use and integration purposes.
• Recording will only take place with the knowledge of the client.
• Recordings will not be shared publicly, used for marketing, or distributed to any third party without the client’s explicit written consent.
• Recordings are provided strictly for the private use of the client and must not be shared, reproduced, published, uploaded, or distributed on social media or any public platform without prior written permission from Awakening Meraki.
• Awakening Meraki reserves the right to decline recording a session at its discretion.
- Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your booking.
